Dr Lim Hui Ling is the Deputy Chief Executive (Academics) of Peninsula College Georgetown, Malaysia. She is a recipient of the Japanese Government Monbukagakusho (MEXT) Scholarship, where she received a Master of Science (Development Finance) from Hiroshima University, Japan. Dr Lim has gained extensive corporate experience in the banking and manufacturing sectors before serving a few higher education institutions locally and abroad for more than 10 years. Her specialized fields include management and organizational behavior. Dr Lim is also experienced in guiding students’ entrepreneurial projects. She guides students to identify value-added opportunities and develop business plans.
