Dr. Aizza Anwar is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Malaya, Malaysia, with over five years of academic experience. She holds a PhD in Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her research interests include workplace mistreatment, ethics, leadership, digitalization, and psychological well-being.
Dr. Aizza has contributed to several government-funded and SDG-aligned research projects in Malaysia. These include studies on gender equality, youth digital empowerment, and cyberbullying, supported by the Penang Youth Development Corporation and the Penang State Government. She has also gained international exposure through the Erasmus Exchange Program in Hungary, where she examined cyberbullying across Asian and European cultures.
She is a frequent speaker at academic and industrial conferences in Malaysia and Pakistan and has served in leadership roles at the International Youth Conference for three consecutive years. Dr. Aizza is a lifelong member of the Association of International Business & Professional Management (AIBPM) and a board advisor for HR Walay, Pakistan. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and regularly serves as a reviewer for top-tier academic publications.
