Kok Ban Teoh, PhD, currently serves as the Head of School and Senior Lecturer for the School of Industrial Management at ViTrox College in Malaysia. His primary areas of interest are organizational behavior, psychosocial safety climate, and burnout. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics and a Master's degree in Statistics from the School of Mathematical Sciences at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Additionally, he obtained his doctorate degree in organizational behavior and development from the School of Management at the same university. Currently, he is pursuing a second Master's degree in Counseling from the School of Educational Studies, also at Universiti Sains Malaysia. In 2020, he received multiple awards, including the Best Presenter award from the Industry 4.0 Regional Conference 2020, the Editors' Pick award from the International Postgraduate Symposium in Tourism and Hospitality 2020, and the Best Poster award from the 6th ASIA International Conference. Kok Ban Teoh is an Editor-in-Chief for Annals of Human Resource Management Research, a Section Editor for SEISENSE Business Review, and a reviewer for Psychological Reports. He is also a certified master practitioner of Neo-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Art Drawing-House Tree Person, a certified practitioner of Mindfulness Love Therapy, a certified Mental Health coach, and a certified Choice Theory Reality Therapy practitioner.
