I am Rediawan Miharja, a graduate of Padjadjaran University in 2020. My residence is in Purwakarta, then I have experience working at the Central Institute for Research, Community Service, and Scientific Publications at STIE Ekuitas (YKP Bank bjb). I currently work as a lecturer at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. I am often involved in research activities, especially in the field of management (operations, HR, marketing, strategic, risk) financing from the central government (ministry), local government, or individuals.
