Teoh Hoong Yang is an accounting lecturer at ViTrox College. He is pursueing Ph. D. in Management at University Sains Malaysia. He is a Certified Professional Coach, serve as Chapter Leader in IAC Penang Chapter (2023-2024). He integrates the coaching masteries throughout his teaching and awarded the Best Lecturer voted by students. As an active Toastmaster, serve as President, and won several public speaking competition, He hosted several motivational talks for schools and the public, and currently mentoring several new-blind. He was awarded the Excellence in Academic and Sports from Penang State Government, presented by the Chief Minister Mr Chow Kon Yeow in 2020, as he represented Penang State to the SUKMA 2018.
