Christine Winstinindah Sandroto is an assistant professor and researcher at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
Research areas in Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Human Behavior in Organizations, and Leadership have been published in many reputable International and National Journals.
She is also heavily involved as an entrepreneur coach and a trainer in the industrial world for HR topics and other soft skills.
