Dr. Muhammad Sabiq, M.Si, Born on Thursday, August 20 1970 in Bone, South Sulawesi. The author lives on Jl. Goa Ria Puri Tata Residence C.1 No,1 Kec. Sudiang, Makassar City. After completing Madrasah Aliyah at the DDI Mangkoso Barru Islamic Boarding School, he then continued to Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt, majoring in Islamic Studies and Arabic (1991-1996). Returned to Indonesia and continued his education at the Jakarta Diyakarya College of Philosophy (1996-1999), Masters in Sociology, Hasanuddin University (2002-2004) and Doctor of Sociology, Hasanuddin University (2018-2020). Apart from academics, the author is also active in conducting research and scientific publications on a national and international scale. Apart from that, he is also active in providing community service and empowerment.
