Dr. Sylvia Diana Purba is associate professor in Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Catholic University of Indonesia Atma Jaya Jakarta. My research interests mainly related to human resources management especially in job satisfaction and related issues about work life balance and organizational commitment.
