I have completed my Ph.D. in HRM from the Universiti Sains Malaysia, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of theoretical concepts and practical applications in the field. My research focused on exploring the impact of positive personal resources on employee performance, and my findings were well-received and published in several reputable international journals. These publications have not only provided me with valuable research experience but also strengthened my analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Currently, I am working as a Research Fellow at the University of Baltistan Skardu, where I have been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Deputy Director Academics. This role has given me a unique opportunity to develop my leadership and managerial skills, while also allowing me to contribute to the academic growth and development of the institution. Through my position, I have collaborated with faculty members, designed and conducted research projects, and mentored students in their academic pursuits.
