I have been a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and Post Graduate Faculty, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta since 2000. My teaching and research area is related to HRM and organizational behavior. In addition to lecturer, I have been mandated as the Vice Dean or Human Resources of the FEB UMY since 2017. This professional task supports me in applying my knowledge and expertise in HRM and Orgnizational Behaviur.
