Dr Bee Wah Tan is a development economist and Senior Lecturer at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She holds a PhD in Development Economics and has over a decade of academic and research experience across several higher education institutions. Her research spans international capital flows, digital and gig economies, energy, and sustainable development. She teaches economics, research methods, and business-related courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, while actively contributing to publications, research grants, postgraduate supervision, and industry collaboration.
