Dr. Ahmad Adeel is an academic, researcher, and management scholar currently serving as Associate Professor of Research at INTI International University, Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, and completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. His academic career spans teaching, research supervision, departmental leadership, curriculum development, and institutional service across universities in Malaysia and Pakistan.
Dr. Adeel’s research interests include organizational behavior, creativity and innovation, leadership, workplace relationships, conflict management, employee voice, and knowledge sharing. He has published extensively in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals, including Q1 and SSCI-ranked outlets. In addition to his academic work, he has served as principal investigator and field coordinator on funded research projects and has contributed as a reviewer, guest editor, conference chair, mentor, and university committee member. Before entering academia, he held several managerial and operational roles in the banking sector, which enriches his teaching and research with practical industry insight.
