MS Nel Ee Ling Ng is a Quality Regulatory Manager cum Head of School and Senior Lecturer at SENTRAL College Penang with 15 years of experience in tertiary education. She is actively involved in advocating digitalization, streamlining processes, dealing with external partners on academic collaborations and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. She applies her proficiency beyond the confines of the classroom, actively enriching scholarly endeavors in the field. She was invited to speak at education fairs, forums such as EDUtech and international conferences. Ng has been honored with a title “Pingat Jasa
Masyarakat” by the Penang Governor for her noteworthy contribution to corporate social responsibility. She earned her Master of Science in Mathematics from School of Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is currently a Ph.D. scholar with the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
