DR. Paul Dung Gadi is a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Business Administration and Management, Plateau State Polytechnic Barkin Ladi. His areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship, and Operational Research. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He earned his MBA from the Faculty of Management Science, University of Jos, MSc Business Administration NSUK. He has published a good number of journal papers during the course of his career. He has conducted a series of training related to Entrepreneurship Development and research at Plateau State Polytechnic Barkin.
